Our journey into Caring Transitions stems from a shared passion for serving others and helping families navigate life’s major transitions. With professional backgrounds rooted in community support, our combined expertise allows us to offer compassionate, comprehensive services focused on senior relocation, downsizing, and estate management. Our mission is to provide families in the Denver area with the support they need during these often-overwhelming times.

I’m Anne, and I grew up in Minnesota, where I married my high school sweetheart and raised four children. Throughout my career, I’ve always focused on two key areas: housing and helping people. Recently, I helped my parents navigate the difficult process of right-sizing their home, and that experience gave me a profound understanding of how vital it is to have support during these transitions. It also made me realize how many people face similar challenges without having family nearby to help them.

And I’m Jennifer. I bring 15 years of experience as an elementary school teacher and another 15 years as an entrepreneur. My heart for serving seniors comes from personal family experiences—watching my parents care for my grandparents during their transitions opened my eyes to the emotional and logistical challenges seniors face. That experience inspired me to find a way to support other families walking the same path.

Together, we are committed to bringing hope, guidance, and personalized solutions to seniors and families throughout Aurora Hills, Cherry Hills, and the surrounding communities.
